Standardised rights statements on copyright status and possibilities for reuse of digital or digitised cultural heritage objects and metadata apply to such content on the e-Kultura website. These standardised statements are not permissions (licences) for use but serve as information for visitors to the e-Kultura website.

The Ministry of Culture and Media holds no copyright or related rights over digital or digitised cultural heritage objects or metadata on the e-Kultura website and is not liable for any infringement of third-party rights in relation to such content.

Terms of Use and Liability

The Ministry of Culture and Media is not liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, non-material or material damage, losses or expenses arising as a result of using or being unable to use the content published on the e-Kultura website.

The Ministry of Culture and Media reserves the right to restrict or terminate access rights to content published on the e-Kultura website at any time and without prior notice.

The Ministry of Culture and Media reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time.

The Ministry of Culture and Media respects the privacy of eKultura portal visitors and will collect personal data such as name, address, phone number or email address only when voluntarily provided. Such data will be used solely to respond to individual requests for information and to improve eKultura portal content and services through a better understanding of user needs.
